The Stewarding Supervisor will ensure a superior standard for all flatware, tableware and kitchen equipment in support of our Culinary and Banquet teams.
Make beverages in a fast paced environment by following standard recipes and providing courteous and memorable service in our unique setting.
Maintain the priorities of the hotel and its guests in the receiving and delivering of products.
Consistently offer professional, friendly and proactive guest service while supporting fellow associates through stewarding services.
The Stewarding Supervisor will ensure a superior standard for all flatware, tableware and kitchen equipment in support of our Culinary and Banquet teams.
Ensure all public areas of the hotel meet and/or exceed 4 Diamond standards through cleaning and service.
The Chef Concierge is responsible for the day to day supervision of the Concierge Department, including bell, door and concierge. Responsibilities include reservations for all activities, restaurants, transportation and spa treatments.
To maintain the overall appearance and internal workings of the Hotel as assigned by the Chief Engineer.
To manage the day to day business within the Primrose Restaurant, Larkspur Lounge and Divas.
Handle all cash needs of the hotel and audit hotel revenues.
The Bellperson must provide exemplary customer and porter service as they are the first interaction guests have with the hotel.
To become a Banquet team member and to set and service guests’ functions while maintaining the four diamond service levels and standards.
To create a comfortable and relaxing experience for guests through customized massage.
