The Rimrock Resort Hotel has something for everyone with 2 restaurants (Primrose and Eden), 2 lounges (Larkspur and Divas) and a coffee shop. Executive Chef Ralf Wollmann’s culinary team has an enormous amount of pride and passion when it comes to creating dishes. They use fresh local ingredients when ever possible and the entire team is involved in the creative process of menu and presentation design. Chef Wollmann’s menus continually change to reflect the current mountain season.

We are especially proud of Eden, 1 of only 5 five diamond restaurants in Canada. Eden is an experience that you really must try when visiting the hotel. We hope you enjoy your dining experience with us.

An exquisite fine dining experience awaits you at the 5 diamond Eden Dining Room Our AAA/CAA Five Diamond award winning dining room is an exquisite dining experience, offering regional and international cuisine with dramatic flavors and presentations. Combined with Eden’s Wine Spectator "Best of Award of Excellence" and ALTO Award winning service, Eden provides each guest with the finest in dining, service and the most scenic views in Banff. Primrose Dining Room
Primrose Dining Room The Primrose Dining Room is a casual yet elegant setting; the magnificent Rocky Mountains are easily viewed from every table. Our service team is very friendly and knowledgeable and will attend to your every need. The Primrose offers a wide range of flavorful dishes. Our children’s menu will suit the younger family members. Executive Chef Ralf Wollmann’s menu has Alberta beef, wild game, pastas and seafood that are beautifully presented and served with a smile. Enjoy a delicious a la carte breakfast or our extensive buffet to start your day off. Larkspur
Larkspur The Larkspur Lounge is located in the main lobby; come and enjoy a delicious martini whilst cuddled up in front of the roaring fireplace. Relax in the Larkspur either day or night and enjoy lunch or a light snack to compliment your favourite beverages. We offer a wide selection of wines by the glass, rare whiskies, cognacs and other fine spirits. Our specialty martini and cocktail list is an opportunity to try our bartender’s unique and delicious creations. Hours of Operation 11:00 am – 1:00 am (Sunday – Thursday) 11:00 am – 2:00 am (Friday and Saturday)

Divas
Divas Divas is our glamorous Martini Lounge. Take in the atmosphere as your eyes scan the unique collection of Hollywood's most recognized women. Try and see how many photographs you can put a name to. Divas is open on weekends and major sporting events are shown over the plasma screen televisions and video monitors. Hours change seasonally.

The Rimrock Cafe
Offers “Frog Friendly Wild Coffee” and an assortment of delectable items including fresh pastries and gourmet sandwiches. There is a large selection of magazines, snacks and wine available along with a small variety of toiletries. Rimrock’s talented Pastry Team will tempt you with a delectable assortment of handmade truffles and chocolates. Hours of Operation 6:30 am – 10pm 7 days a week
