The Rimrock Parkade offers both outdoor and heated indoor parking. Registered guests are welcome to self-park at a daily rate of $25.00 (plus tax) or use valet parking at $39.00 (plus tax). Daily parking fees will be charged directly to your guest room. 

Parking for oversized vehicles (trailer, boat, RV) must be requested in advance and is subject to a fee of $70.00 (plus tax). Additional vehicles (car/truck attached to a trailer) are subject to an additional fee of $25.00 (plus tax). Availability for extra vehicle parking is limited. Please, contact the Town of Banff or Parks Canada for alternative parking.

Parking for non-registered guests is $2.00 per hour (plus tax) and payable electronically at the exit of the Parkade.

We are pleased to offer onsite concierge services to all our guests before, during, and after your stay. They will gladly assist you with dinner and activity reservations, transportation, itinerary planning, and directions to major attractions. Our Guests Services Team is located at the hotel’s Main entrance and is happy to greet you and offer assistance with porterage, luggage storage, and parking directions.

The Housekeeping Staff will provide extra amenities at your request, including cots/rollaway beds for a fee of $25 each and cribs at no extra cost. Turndown service is also available upon request. To place your request before arrival, please email reservations@rimrockresort.com.

Most areas of the Rimrock Resort Hotel are accessible to those using wheelchairs, including the lobby, the parkade, most dining venues, and a selection of guest rooms.

We offer seven wheelchair-accessible guest rooms, some with roll-in showers, which we recommend be reserved in advance of your arrival. For more information, visit our Accessibility page.

The Rimrock is pleased to partner with ROAM transit service to provide complimentary transportation within the townsite of Banff. Please view the Roam bus schedule here. Other ways to get here include:

• By Car – The Rimrock Resort Hotel is located on Sulphur Mountain in Banff National Park, a 5-minute drive from the Banff town site and 1.5 hours (approximately  90 miles/145 km) west of Calgary International Airport.

• By Plane – Direct or one-stop flights connect through Calgary International Airport to most major North American, Asian, and European centers.
• By Coach  – Coach service to Banff and car rentals are available at the Calgary International Airport.
• By Banff Airporter – Shuttle service from Calgary International Airport to The Rimrock Resort Hotel. Rates and Schedule can be found here. 

Pets are welcome on the seventh floor of the hotel with a daily charge of $40.00 per pet per day, up to a max of $60.00 for two pets.* 

Pet-friendly rooms are subject to availability, and we encourage you to contact our reservations department directly at +1-888-Rimrock (746-7625) to secure your room before arrival. Although we will do our best to accommodate all requests, the hotel reserves the right to decline stays with pets for rooms that are not pre-arranged; should there be no available rooms.
