Meet Sebastian, our Executive Chef.⠀ ⠀
His story is like most travellers who come for a season in the Rocky Mountains… he never left. After five years in Jasper, he joined our team as the Senior Sous Chef and fell in love with The Rimrock’s fast-paced, dynamic team and guest-oriented values.⠀ Sebastian has since then been promoted to our Executive Chef, heading up our incredible kitchen team. “I mean, you really feel valued as an Employee and as a Manager. You have the mountains in front of your doorstep as well as an interesting culinary scene. We’re constantly evolving, and it’s a collective team effort to make our Kitchens the best, and I’m very fortunate to have a great team who strives with me for success.”⠀ ⠀

The Rimrock Resort Hotel offers a great variety of options for your dining needs; our dining venues include two restaurants (Primrose and Eden), two lounges (Larkspur and Divas), a coffee shop and our in-room service. Our Eden fine dining restaurant has become a milestone destination for diners around the world, honoring since 2003 its AAA/CAA 5-Diamond rating (only 4 in Canada) and “Best of Award of Excellence” Wine Spectator Awards.
