Accommodation is available for all full-time employees at an affordable rate. Employees are able to move-in on their first day and stay throughout the duration of their full-time employment. We have different styles of housing available depending on your role and tenure within the hotel.
To be an excellent ambassador of our four-diamond experience, you must first familiarize yourself with it! As a team member at the Rimrock, you will be provided discounts on Food & Beverage, Guest Rooms, Spa Treatments and Fitness Facilities that you can share with your friends and family. In addition to these great experiences, we offer everyone on our team a duty meal, seven days a week, and a complimentary transit pass.
As extensions of our guests, the Rimrock is proud to organize monthly employee activities to help you make new friends and explore the Canadian Rockies. We offer a range of organized activities to help personalize your employment experience and become true locals in our community. Examples of popular activities we offer are: Hiking, White Water Rafting, Trivia Nights, monthly Calgary shopping trips, and many more!
The Rimrock is focused on developing future hospitality professionals through Co-op and Internship opportunities. Short-term contracts are available year round for students enrolled in Hospitality and Culinary post secondary programs. Students will have access to all the perks and benefits of every employee at the Rimrock and will get special focus from HR and Management to complete their Co-op and Internship requirements.
