Abraham continued with his career at exclusive restaurants and hotels such as TGIF Bangalore, Kempinski Ajman and the café Kranzler Kitchen. Abraham joined The Rimrock in 2008, making his first appearance in Eden as Commis 1. Abraham became a member of our main kitchen leadership team, holding a position of Sous Chef, infecting change and brilliance in the team of culinary professionals that joined us. Soon after, when the Eden Chef de Cuisine position came up, Abraham was an obvious choice, and he remained in this positon for several years.
Abraham left The Rimrock for a short period of time when he accepted the job as Executive Sous Chef at the Pomeroy, Kananaskis. He brought their kitchen up to a Marriott autograph collection, and a four diamond standard. After the Pomeroy he became the Executive Resort Chef at Sunshine Ski Village. Now, we are delighted to welcome him back home as Eden’s Chef de Cuisine.
Abraham has worked under influential leaders of the Canadian culinary profession who helped shape his style and depth of knowledge. Through his experience, he has created his own vision of what good food looks and tastes like, and it is presented in his menus in Eden. His goal is take the ingredients that we all know and love and make them shine on the plate.
