Snow Days in Banff

Experience the enchantment of winter at the SnowDays Festival in Banff and Lake Louise, running from January 17 to February 2, 2025. This annual celebration transforms the area into a snowy wonderland, featuring larger-than-life snow sculptures, exhilarating skijoring events, and the lively SnowDays Play Zone.

A highlight of the festival is the Ice Magic event at Lake Louise, taking place from January 29 to February 2, 2025. Here, world-class ice carvers transform blocks of ice into stunning sculptures, set against the breathtaking backdrop of Lake Louise. Guests can marvel at these intricate masterpieces and enjoy the enchanting ice displays. This event is exclusively offered to those staying overnight at a participating hotel.
